Project Manager, New Commons Development

Dennis is a real estate development consultant for New Commons Development in Ontario. He has 30 years of experience in community and real estate development, housing affordability, neighbourhood revitalization and alternative investment strategies, with Cahdco, the City of Vancouver and, most recently, as the principal of DCarr Community Solutions. Dennis is a LEED Accredited Professional, has a Graduate Diploma in Community Economic Development, and sits on the City of Ottawa’s Urban Panel Committee of Adjustment. He is also the recipient of the CHRA 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award.
