Paul is a 30-year veteran in the field of analytics, covering topics ranging across investment bank risk management, economics, housing, health care and epidemiology. Since 2002, he has been leading interdisciplinary teams of researchers at the Canadian Centre for Economic Analysis (CANCEA). As a leading analyst on issues of housing affordability, Paul has conducted many housing strategy projects across Canada. Paul is a member of the Fair Housing Working Group and the Evergreen Missing Middle Working Group. He has been awarded the Canadian Institute of Planners 2015 Award for Planning Excellence in Sustainable Mobility Transportation and Infrastructure as well as the Dr. Lindsay E. Nicolle Award from the Canadian Journal of Infectious Diseases and Medical Microbiology.
